Blinker wont stay on
So I got a 2000 A4 1.8t auto. The blinker right and left will work one or two times then stops working. It is tickin me off. I checked the fuse its ok, the hazards work just fine. I replaced the entire blinker switch, andits still not working!?! What can I try? What can I do? I dont what to go and get robbed by the dealer. Thanks for your help.

i think your blinker fluid is low
i think your blinker fluid is low

but yeah, it is probably the hazard relay/ turn tignal relay (same thing)even if your hazards work, and your signals are working poorlyor not at all. itslike a 40-50 dollar part at the dealer, and you can replace it in about 5 minutes.
Thanks Jeff she was a bit low on the fluid butI filled 'er up......yeah anyway Thanks for the tip about the relay I just assumed that if the hazards worked the blinker would as well. So I'll try the relay and get back to ya'll
So $40 bucks to the dealer and 10 min of my time and she is good to go!! Thanks so much for your help, akoby9 thanks for the link to the tutorial on how to replace the relay. Very Easy Fix!!
