I just put a boost controler in my car and its amazing. i have over 230 foot pounds torqe and 200hp for under $200. i drive a A4 1.8T manual quatro

 

Where's your dyno sheet?

 

Right next to me. i had it tuned at mac auto sport in colorado

 

Good new and bad news. The bad new is if you change your boost setting you'll probablly have to retune your car if you don't want to blow it up, it's okay to drive with different boost settings other than what your car was tuned for but not for prolonged periods of time. The good new is i lowered my car insurance by swithing to Geico. Nah, just messin around. But i got my giac chip for $250 and didn't have to worry about getting my car tuned or dynoed to worry about the power im putting out. Weird isn't it, a chip can tune your car, and they taste good too. I got my chipped used, and my k04 giac chip as well, although i dont have a k04. Someday ill have a k04, whenever i hit the Loto.

 

True but i can use the boost controller for any size turbo. also it give me lots of control on how much boost i want to use. if i dont feel like racing i can just pop it up and turn the *** down and wala less boost or vias-versa

 

Yea my dream is to find someone to tune my car with 440cc injectors with the k04 and a FMIC as well as an adjustable FPR. Yeah its proablly not a realistic dream. Giac makes the pc-16 file for a FMIC and 310cc injcetors for the K04 which i might end up gettin.

 

how much boost are u pushin cause 200 is to the crank rite not the wheels

 

usually a dyno measures to the ground. well i guess depends on what dyno ur using..lol...just to let ya know ive heard bad things about the 440cc injectors. u guys should check out audizine.com pretty cool forum. they have people on there running bigger setups than on here. with more experience it seems in the custom setups

 

haha panda u beat me to it wtf kind of boost are you running out of that also which program are you using with your K04 these are un heard of #'s for k04's to be putting to the wheels
