which version is everybody using-boost or vacuum/boost?

 

vacuum/boost... just because i think it looks cool to see it moving all around... also useful for trouble shooting...

 

i just bought the awe guage/pod . its very sweet but kinda pricey, normally its $259 but i got at waterfest on sale for $209

 

i bought a stewart-warner vac/boost gauge and a column pod at waterfest. cost me a little less than 100 for the whole set up

 

hey do you have a pic of the column pod, and do you know where you can find them

 

I just picked up the double pod that goes on top of the steering column. Its for the B5 Passats so i have to buzz out the openings for the "stalks" a little bit but other than that it is a perfect fit that looks factory rather than add-on. The thing is sweet; (2) 2-1/16" gauges and a clear view of all factory gauges. Now I just have to decide what to put in the second pod. I'm going to use Autometer gauges, and I'm thinking either A/F or D-PIC.
