not so much you get what you pay for if you get a cheap knock-off from ebay it might not work right or give you acutal readings pay more and get a quality one

Yeah just don't go to cheap on one... I recommend the Podi gauge, seems well priced, works well, and fairly popular

I have an autometer oil pressure and boost guages, I love it. Very precise.

my APR gauge does not go back to zero, it sets at like 1 VAC. so its a little off but i do not care that much. but if your going to get a APR gauge, make sure its a good one

All boost gauges do the same thing but not all gauges are equal.

I had a chance to compare multiple brands of gauges to a digital unit and in terms of accuracy you do get what you pay for.

When I compared the VEI digital unit to an Omori mechanical units the readings were identical.

Stewart Warner and Autometer units were off 1-2psi but zero'd consistenely.

Cheaper no-name brands were off by as much as 4psi.
