ok my right break light bulb burnt out today. i went to canadian tire and got a replacement bulb. now that the new bulb is in the right brake light is always lit up like when the brake is depressed but the middle and left brake light stay dim until i actually hit the break. so is it the bulb or something else causing this? thanks

 

sounds like a bad ground wire to me because one side is drawing most of the power

 

try flipping that bulb around you may have the parking light connector touching themiddle filment which is ment for the brake i had that same thing happen to me when i change out my rear lights and i discovered that i had done that
