1point8T, could it be that your booster hasent got suffent Vacum from the engine
yet and for those few seconds you tryign to brake on Hydrolic pressure only ???

I think the DOT on the fluid is Boiling Temp only

PeterMc4 did you replace your pads and Rotors with 1st line parts?
or 2nd line parts ? if it was 2nd line you will most probley have to remove them
and spray anti-squeek at the back of the pads and sand them down a little if you
didnt wear them in proper
