I have this weird buzzing and slight vibration only when i turn left.I know that my wheels need to be aligned and im doing that soon.Is my tire rubbing on something in the wheel well?

The only thing you can do here is do a complete visual inspection, make sure the wheel well isn't contacting the tire, cv boot isn't torn, tie rod ends are good, upper control arm bushings aren't cracking ect.
