ORIGINAL: Redrum1

Onarifs car where he feels the tubes are cold I would say its the flaps in the heater box that are sticking part way in the heat mode. The cold and not so cold going over and over could be a vacum line leaking and when your throttle is down the flaps go part way closed causing the air to blend and warm up. You might want to take notice if the air warms on hard throttle or not can shed some light on things. If the throttle has no effect it could be the pressure switch not controlling the compressor correctly.

Good Luck...
Thanks

I can hear the flaps are turning but maybe like you said, it's not fully closed or opened. do you know how can I access to these flaps to take a look at if they're working fine ?

it accullay blows cool air but in a sunny day, it's no use. if I turn the ac off then wait like 30seconds and turn it back on, then blow cold air like 5seconds then turn to cool again.

My car is having the same problem. I need to turn on the A/C for 10 mins or so and it starts blowing cool air. I bought an A/C recharge kit from Kragen with gauge and I checked the pressure was at 27psi. Is it too low? What's the psi supposed to be?
