I am thinking about upgrading my Audi Concert to a Concert II. I have a 1999 A4. Doea the CAN-BUS issue mentioned in this Concert II tech article effect the 1999 A4's? Does anybody have a Concert II in a B5 Audi? Any input would be appreciated.

Does your car have fog lights in the lower bumper? The reason I ask is if it does then your car has can-bus preinstalled (1999.5's and up). I think I remember people having to tap into the instrument cluster's canbus line though to run it to the radio.

I researched doing that for awhile, before realizing it was going to be a pain in the ****.
