well, i filed a complaint with the BBB and one of the big guys that is in the Joseph auto group that owns the dealership called and they are taking my car in tomorrow to fix the problem no charge. He thinks they put in a faulty fuel pump in may when i first had a problem of the pump quitting! They are giving me a audi loaner and taking care of mine. I also told them i just bought a allroad with a third party warrenty so if they take care of me now, they can keep my business. the guy was nice on the phone. i will let you all know what happened and not once did the words im gonna sue come out of my mouth. haha

Thanks! i get the new one wed! Cant wait...

By the way, the dealership called me, gave me a 2006 rental and said they would find the problem and fix it for free.

I wasnt gonna hold my breath but they found the problem FINALLY!

I laughed so hard when they told me. When my fuel pump when bad in april, they installed a faulty one! hahahahahahahaha
so i replaced all those parts for nothing. Now the hoses and oil leak needed it but everything else was a waste.
I think i should get my money back for that! Well its fixed now.
Feels good to be able to actually DRIVE my car now!

Thanks yall

I wouldn't push it too much. Look at it like you have brand new parts now that won't need replaced. You would not get your money back for it because you did it yourself. I would just sit back and relax now that it is all over. Congrats on getting it figured out.
