Default Car feels like it lost power/boost, any ideas?

Hey Guys,

It seems like my car has lost its boost. It used to really fly and had power, but now I dont know why but I have to press the gas pedal really down and the car has to suddenly rev up to go faster.

I have changed the timing belt and water pump about 8 months ago, done a oil change with CASTROL SYNTEC always got 2 new tires in the back and brought the back ones to the front (making sure they stay on the same side, and they are all the same make and model) and a 4 wheel alignment (however the car still goes to the right a bit).

The feeling is weird in the gas pedal, it feels like a very tiny tiny vibration and "force" going through the exhaust, you know what i mean? I know the vibration could be that I might need to balance my tires or re-align my tires, but the loss of power is puzzling me. I can visually see the end of my exhaust pipe (the tips) shake a bit. Could it be the exhaust or the cat convertor?

Also I noticed that sometimes when I turn my car on and press the gas pedal while steering the car I feel a push back from the gas pedal and hear a "KHISSSH" sound. Any ideas on that as well.

thanks guys, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
