It could be a right wheel bearing. The sound frequency should change with speed.

I had this problem and eventually your it will start doing it on the opposite side. Is it clicking when you turn or does it sound like rubbing??? If its clicking its Your cv joint its cracked. you have to get to an Audi athorized dealership and get it done, because there is a special tool that they have to use, to get it off, if you dont get a audi authorized dealership to use the tool, you abs will get fucked up. So it turns from a 500-700$$$ job to a 2500$$$ job. If its rubbing im not sure what it is.

CV joint usually gives a clicking sound.

Assuming that you don't have super wide tires, or that the interiro wheel well cover isn't rubbing, a grinding or whirring noise that gets worse when you turn away from that side is a wheel bearing.
