Hii all,

I have 1997 A4 2.8 L.
its got 77,000.
When i start my car it starts to vibrate little bit, i dont understand what the problem is,
is it because of timing belt or... is there any thing going on.

and also when i accelerate i hear some kind of roller noise.

Any ideas in this regards.

I don't know about the roller noise... but I found my car idles better now that I put a bottle of ignition cleaner through it, 3 tanks of 94 and cleaned the Maf and throttle body.

 

what is ignition cleaner, can you tell me in brief the name of this and also do we have to clean it using three tanks of 94 grade fuel.

Yea, clean out the throttle body, run some injector cleaner and put in a full tank of premium
