car won't idle after adding fuel WTF

Default car won't idle after adding fuel WTF
I recently bought a 98 A4 Avant great car annoying problem. Every time I fuel up the car starts up hard and won't idle for like 30 seconds. I've scanned the codes and I am getting a code for an EVAP system vacuum leak and long term rich on both banks. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be very much appreciated.

What kind of gas are you filling up with? Audis take 91+ octane.

evap purge valve or gas cap.
