Will one from an 99 A6 fit a 99 A4? Looks like it will.

call the audi dealer and ask them to run the part number, they have alist of what cars it will fit on.

Yeah it should... there are 3 types that I know of... an 8 pin connector, a 13 pin connecter (what you have) and a rectangular plug.

If the A6 one has 13 pins, then you're in business.
