i drive a '02 a4 1.8 T w/ quattro and i believe i have the audi symphony II with a 6 cd changer in dash installed. recently, its been giving me a an error code not allowing me to load or unload cds. I believe it says cd err 3 or something to that nature. I bought the car used and it didn't come wiht any info on the radio. any help?

try cleaning the cd tray with a cd cleaner
