Default CEL wont turn off

1997 Audi A4 2.8l 12v V6 Quattro S B5

CEL code is P0141 (only one code)

Replaced bank 1 sensor 2, still code (same code each time). I used two new bosch oxygen sensors(What are the odds of me getting two bad O2 Sensors?), and still getting the same code.

Tried resetting the ECU, but still the same code comes on as soon as I start up the car. Check for the ground and fuses/relays, and electrical current, and they read out fine. Could it be something with the ECU?

Just to make sure , did you replace the rear o/2 sensor on the passenger side? also check & make sure you have power & ground at the heater circuit.

I replaced the passenger side after the cat, with two new O2 Sensors. I tested everything with test light and multimeter. It was fine. Reason for O2 Sensor is because the old one was cut and left on. Possible shortage? Water getting to the wires?

So you have battery voltage across the heater circuit? What is the voltage reading?

I took it to an Audi dealership and they said it was an O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) nothing else.

Did you have the codes actively cleared only to have them come back? Or just change the sensor and wait for it to turn itself off? You may need to reset codes actively when it comes to O2 sensors since they impact emissions.
