Default Changeing rear light bulb avant 2003model

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to take off the rear panel to get at the light cluster. Has some weird looking screw holding it in hidden behind a hole in the panel. How do I go about this??

I'm trying to help you here, I have a 03 sedan and that locking screw is what holds the hole taillight in, on mine I undo that srew and pull the hole taillight out, there is two locating tabs that come off the taillight that go into two rubber holes. hope it helps.

If you are able to keep turning it without it loosening then its not really a screw but a push clip. You just have to pry it off.
