I keep seeing references to b5 or b6 etc...are these references to particular years chassis. Does someone have a chart? Appreciate help for the newbie. p.s. what would that make a 991/2?

np, a 97-01 is a b5...02-05 is a b6....there is a fine line between the two but im not 100% sure when one stopped and another started.

yes it does get confusing. it pretty much isnt determined by year but by body style.
