Climate Control Fan Operation?
Hi,
I love my 2006 A4! Except for the #@?& heater fan.
When it is not in Auto mode and I change the temperature setting, the fan setting often changes also, sometimes by a lot. It always seems to speed up. The fan speed always agrees with the bar graph display, and everything seems to work OK otherwise.
Is this normal, or is there some odd problem with my climate control system? Can I change it with my VAG-com cable (or some other way)? I haven't seen any modification codes for this; probably because I have the free SW.
What moron engineer thought that when I tell the temperature to change that I would also want the fan to speed up. Very frustrating! It's always done this since I bought the car new.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry. I don't understand. Refill what? What pressure? You don't mean AC refridgerant do you?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything related to the climate control system, except that the fan speed changes (in non-Auto mode) when I change the temperature setting. It seems like a software problem to me.
Does anyone have a 2005-2007withthisbehavior?
