Hey Audi forum just have a quick question. Unfortunately My friend totaled his b5 1.8t fwd.. and hes selling some of his parts. My clutch is goin out and he has the ra4 stage 2 from ecs. I said il get it from him if it fits my b6. Some say yes it will fit. But wen I got to ngp they have a b6 stage 2 clutch for $899 & a b5 stge2 for $799. Are they just charging more for a newer yr or are they the same. Sorry for the noob question but I am new to the Audi world. Anyways thanks for reading my thread. Hope yall can point me to the right direction

 

yes you can run his clutch as long as he doesnt have the 6spd clutch. if you have more questions about it ask away

 

I talk to one of the guys frm ecs and they told me the only thing different would be the push rod. I ask if I can buy that from them, they told me I had to give them my buddys last name so that can prove that he got it from them. but I think he got it from ngp so I might call them see if they need the same info.

 

NGP used to be one of our retailers but unfortunately they no longer are. We are the only ones that can provide the longer push rod.

If your friend has the original date of purchase or a receipt from NGP we'll honor it.

Again we need verification before we send anything out.
