i noticed that most people say they get more bass with other systems. i love the sound of my bose! i love most music genera so you gotta be flexible. bose does that for me.

 

well people...i had the bose system in my car as well...im not gonna lie, it was amazing. I did a complete swap on my audio system...i added kenwood/boston acoustics all the way around, along with two alpine TYPE-R 10" subs w/ a rockford 1500w amp. lets just say I would never go back to the bose system again. I didnt think it was gonna be worth it...but wow, the cleanliness of the speakers might be a little better...but it gets 15x louder, and still remains incredibly clean (thanks to the boston acoustics) and the two TYPE-R subs are pretty much the cleanest/hardest hitting subs anybody will ever hear. As soon as I turn on my system I dont even think twice about the $1800 i spent on it.

Bose is amazing, aftermarket CAN be more amazing, if you do it right.
