Default control arms...i know i know

o.k...starting to experience my first problem so far, specifically with the control arms. I have done my proper research on this site and some others, but wanted some addtl opinions. Im noticing the slight squeak..very slight so far, but noticeable on speed bumps etc. and am assuming it's the control arms (im pretty much sure thats what it is). A few ??'s here

are they under warranty?...im still under the full warranty 2001 purchased in nov 01 and im under 40k

how long can i ride like this?

should i just step up to some aftermarket arms and go with those....or wil i eventually encounter the same problem. I have no probs spending some dough on some nice arms and go from there..also some suggestions on good control arm packages...i have seen some.

oh and sorry to go on....but ditto for the front brakes....starting to squeal, but im definitely going high end on the brake replacements...thoughts/reviews?

Thanks

2001 A41.8TQM 38k Stock for now

Well if you are still under full warranty, then have them replace the control arms. No sense in spending your own money on having them replaced. I would wait untill your warranty expires, then invest the money on the aftermarket control arms, when the time comes. If you're made of money go for it, otherwise you are wasting your money. ECS sells a complete kit. The labor to have them installed isnt going to be pretty either.
