Do you think this one would be suitable for my car?

I have spoken to the store via email and they say it's suitable for my car and also say that it won't cause any side effects or problems, just a massive difference in speed and acceleration (but they would say that as they are selling them), do you think I am safe to add one of these to my engine?

I am keen to do so as the performance would be nice, but I don't want to break it
