Default Still working!

Well that sucks! My convert top is still holding strong. I did however have to replace the main brain for the convert top, as they are not good with getting wet (WTF).

Anyway, it is still working and is totally water tight.

On the headlight thing: this is pretty common with Audi's it seems. What you'll want to get is plastic polishing kit. Just to go to an auto zone or the like and ask the guy where the platic polishinng kits are.

Get the one that comes with a brush that fit a onto a drill. Then follow instructions. Trust me you'll be amazed.

Keep the faith!!

I just called a repair shop. I was told that it is not possible to repair, and that a new top would cost $2,600. No freaking way am I doing that.

I want to call Audi and complain - I have a top problem AND a headlight problem. The headlight are completely clouded. I should not be having these problems in a high-end car. (2004) Anyone have a number for Audi?

Also, as if that's not enough, water leaked into the car through the top, and I could actually hear it sloshing when I hit the breaks. But, I could find no water - I looked in the trunk and in the boot. The rear rugs were a little wet. So where was the sloshing water??

I am so pissed. What would YOU do?
Thanks.
Did you get an answer? I have the same problem! Had my 2006 A4 1.8T 2 months and now cant drive it! Please let me know, dealership I bought from is no help.
