Well...I've heard that tons of people have this problem, the plastic piece behind the drivers seat always wants to pop out at the bottom....is there any kind of glue or anything that would hold that damn thing in place...my car looks fine except that **** makes it look like a cheap pile of ****...

 

I have the same problems, mine has the bottom clips broken (broken by mechanic I'm sure). After doing some reading I found that the lumbar support mechanism tends to break often and this will also cause the back cover to break loose. (Mine broke after the back was broken by the mechanic, I actually heard it pop, bleh)
Take the backpannel off and see if the clips are broken. Look below
