Dash readings correct ?

Dash readings correct ?
Hi,
Thinking of getting an audi A4 avant 1.8 Se 1998
Havent gone to see it yet, but before i set off on my travels could someone conform that these reading are correct, oil, revs and battery. I guess the car has just been started so can tell anything from the temperature gauge
