I know a lot of people will say, "I use Goo Gone or Goof Off and it is fine." But, I have personally seen both products stain paint. Try and use a good quality automotive glue remover safe for paints. As far as your car goes, the paint has faded a bit all over except for where the emblem was. So, over time it will eventually match.

I have seen Goof Off ruin clearcoat (clouds it) - it has some harsh chemicals.
Goo Gone it totally citrus... it won't stain paint unless you let it sit there for a week.

Yeah, Goo Gone will defianantly not "stain" paint... so I'm not sure what your talking about there... goof off can leave it hazy, but that can be polished back up to a shine as well... but you can only polish and compound so many times, before you run out of clearcoat

The de-badging didnt take much time at all. I used a hairdryer, floss, and a plastic razor. I compounded the life out of it tonight and it didn't really do anything. Im just gonna leave it and hopefully it will fade the rest of the way in soon. As promised before I'll post pics tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
