Apg, i know u dont wana hear this. But why pick up a wrx and visit cobb tuning? This forum hates things that dont have 4 rings on it. But i have been schooled by them before, and the non bug eyed look sweet i think.

well ...
i've been workin on cars for quite a few years.. and the one thing i notices is how your car reflects on yourself.
you can quickly pick up a lot about a person on how they treat their car, how they drive and most importantly what they drive.

maybe it reflected on the inner wanna-be race-car driver just failed to realize that you need a real car... only took a couple of years to get it right[sm=icon_stickpoke.gif]
haha thats funny i just wrote an english paper on how a car reflects on the person. Well i went to BMW b/c they have always been good to use before. I learned to drive in one. They have evrything i want ( i dont ned awd) and it may be a better fit for me.

PPl compare teh 2 for a few reasons, same size, sme rpice range, same target market, and same class of a car.
i say go for the BMW your daddys gonna pay for it anyways
why prolong it man, just cross over

b/c the last thing i need is a car taht fast. OMG i would kill myself. I could do teh WRX and i sure have thought about it enough but i would rather have a decent car thats nice and ride nice than have a car that i race someone in b/c i only do that liek 1 a month
a 330Ci would be good for all that, plus its RWD and a limited slip diff. So i could drive it fast (on the track) and still be safe on the road without it being bad on corners and in the rain.

But im a fu*king teenager and what i need changes a ton.

not to be rude or anyhting but most BMW owners i ran acroos and that are still my customers are a gigantic pain in the **** and then most of the are ****** too!!
trust me...
I deals with mostly european imports, but the BMW owners are far the worst!

Actually about 2 weeks ago i had a guy come back and complain that there was a couple of fingerprints on one of his M3 rims!
Now WTF is that??
After i gave him a 20% discount, and a tax break (anoather 15%) he still got the ***** to squeak ??
But the funny thing is that yesterday we had someone bring in a diablo that had a slight pull to the right (bad tire) and we couldnt figgure it out what it was at first at which the boss sent me out to drive it and see whats going on. Well the owner was with me and as ususal i dont like to beat on customers cars, its a thing of respect for the public you serve.
at which he looks at me and litterally tell me to beat on his car! and not to mention on of the stupid co-op kids got in there without putting doen a cover and left a grease stain on his carpet[sm=badidea.gif].
he was very good about it, he just pointed it out and asked if we could give him something that will clean it out !!! not even asked for us to clean it!

It must just be me that thinks the WRX is great as a daily driver. Eurosedans are nicer, obviously; quieter, smoother ride, more features, but how much **** do you really need? The only thing the Rex is missing that I really really love about my Audi is heated seats. Other than that, the seats are nicer, visibility is just as good, maintenance is cheaper, parts are cheaper, and the ride is better than stock. Yeah, I said it. The rally-bred suspension has so much travel you'll never hit a bumpstop in normal driving with the Rex, which is not true about the Audi, and the stock suspension is a good compromise between stiff and easy on the ***. WRXes are awesome. If I could have afforded one (the resale on those is ridiculous around here) I would have bought it.
