you would need some decent Paintless Dent Repair tools to go about popping that dent out. Just winging it can damage it further by cracking the paint or whatnot. you prolly should take it to a PDR pro, shouldnt set you back too much, maybe a couple hundred. Or do what i did and learn the biz yourself

yeah do the dent repair guy.... last christmas my uncle went on his own rampage with his expedition and rammed my car into the garage audi's are pretty good on taking hits tho... it's not as bad as it sounds but i do have a big dent in the driver and back door... i tried pushin the dents out it worked and everything but as soon as i shut the door they went back in so if you just wanna waste time to get pissed off then there you go... but i just went and bought new doors from the junkyard $250 for both
