DIODE MOD GONE WRONG

DIODE MOD GONE WRONG
I did the diode mod on my 02 a4 1.8t. Like an Idiot I crank the boost up to high and any one who nows about that mod knows that it is only good for 17 psi max. Well what I want to know is how do I get my car out of limp mode. I've got three scan tools and none of them will read the factory side of the computer. is there any other way to get rid of the fault code Im sure there is one there or it still would not be in limp mode. Some one please give me adive thanks.
by the way my three scanners are a cheap version of vag com, an actron basic scanner obd II generic and a vw audi scanner from ebay.

RE: DIODE MOD GONE WRONG
first what diode?
what boost level you hit?
But to get out of limp, lower your boost all the way down, unplug the battery for 10mins and the restart it. This should clear all fault codes and you should be fine. I listed a very simple step by step in my sig that anyone could follow. I would go to the link and review.

RE: DIODE MOD GONE WRONG
when i did the diode mod i had to increase the fuel so that it wouldn't go into limp. im still looking into whats causing that. as far as limp mode, do what cincy said. and for the mod what wires did you hook it up to and did you put the diode facing the right way
