anyone got any steps to replace the secondary airpump, and the coolant fan cm

 

Well, its straightfoward.

Remove airbox. Remove and replace air pump. Replace airbox. there is not much to it, so I doubt there will be a writeup.
You may find a write up for removing the airbox if you search.

 

Removing and installing secondary air pump motor -V101-

If fitted, detach cover -1- on right of engine compartment.









–
Disengage solenoid valve 1 for activated charcoal filter system -N80- at air duct.



–
Unscrew bolts -arrows-.



–
Remove air duct -2-.









–
Unplug electrical connector -3- at solenoid valve 1 for activated charcoal filter system -N80- and the electrical connector -5- at air mass meter -G70-.



–
Detach hoses -1-, -4-, -6- and -7-.



–
Remove fastener -2- and detach air cleaner housing.



–
Unscrew the two bolts (accessible from above) from bracket for secondary air pump.









–
Vehicles with auxiliary heater: remove bolts -arrows- securing exhaust pipe for auxiliary/additional heater to noise insulation.









–
Release quick-fasteners -1- and -2- and take off front noise insulation.









–
Unplug electrical connector -3-.



–
Detach air hoses -1- and -2-.



–
Unscrew the bolts (accessible from below) from bracket for secondary air pump.



–
Detach secondary air pump motor -V101- with bracket.



–
If necessary, detach secondary air pump motor -V101- from bracket.



Installing



Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) .

i have an carbonio intake on it, so i think it might be even faster, is it easier to remove it from under the CAR?
