Whats going on ? Im new one here, so thats first. Second, I picked up my 2003 A4 1.8T a month ago from the dealer...and what do you know not even 20 minutes later a door off an old jeep falls off and hits me....yea what a load of horse s*it. But anyway, the damage was over $6000, including 3/4 of the car having to be re-painted. Everything looks awsome tho, but one thing. They replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the window on the drivers side. And it looks like crap, I mean, you can tell where the "pins" are that are holding it in on the other side, thats how it's pushed in. The shop told me that they were all about detail and such but really did a crappy job paying attention to detail. How much is that weather stripping, should I go back to the body shop or to my audi dealer. I dont know, but it really looks like crap. Thanks !

 

Go to the body shop tell them it need to be fixed or you can have audi fix it and send them the bill.

 

yea i wouldnt mess with it, tell them to fix it or bring it to audi, if you make it worse it becomes your problem
