Driving hard vs babying
so the question is...is it better to push the car a bit....or driving it like u have a dozen eggs on the dash??....some people say the engine is made to take the pounding...& some say that u should baby it to avoid repairs...what do u guys think?
That's a funny question.
I don't think ripping around town is the best idea (duh), but babying it doesn't necessarily do good things...my last car's injectors clogged and the dealership basically told me it's because I drove it like a grandma.

I think there is a happy median between what gear, rpm and speed, you shouldnt really need us to figure it out for you. Although if your coming for a stop, its better to go into neutral then downshift, pads are cheaper then synchros, axles, etc...
