I chipped it myself.
And ya there was a big difference in the performance. I dont have a boost gauge though.
Is there a point of a boost gauge with the tip ?

 

it's just handy for diagnosing some problems, it's not necessary..i don't know what to tell you, i didn't think the stock dv would last that long on a chipped car...i would replace it anyway, it's a diy replacement, and it's only 40 bucks..it definitely can't hurt
