Hello all. I am an Audi newbie but am looking at buying a 1998 Audi A4 and had a few questions as to its reliability and value. What sort of problems have any of you experienced that seem to be common? Are repairs generally expensive? And what would you consider a good price to pay for this vehicle? Thanks!

 

you're going to have to do a little searching on the forum, jayne. these questions are answered in a few other threads from the last 2-3 days....are you getting a 2.8L or the 1.8T? what kind of mileage does it have? does it look like it's in decent shape? have you test-driven it yet?
