Default DV and Intake install

Ecodetuning (Ecodetuning.com) is charging me $120 just for installation fee for a new intake and DV.
Is it a reasonable amount?

Depends on how much $120 is to you.

For me, I would install it myself (maybe 1 hour tops!) and keep the $120. To me, thats just like I just earned $120 dollars an hour for doing something fun.

For you, I don't know. Sometimes time > money .

But, seeing as how a lot of specialty shops charge anywhere from $90 to $135 per hour, I would say its not a total rip-off.
My guess is they are figuring an hour labor roughly.
If these as*holes would just work faster and only charge you a half-hour, wouldn't life be great?????

Where's the adventure in that?

..although...brand new 2.0T...I'd think about letting someone else do it...maybe...

Its not that they need to work faster, there is a set hourly mount of time for each job. With a drill to remove screws that would take 15 minutes for a guy how does those regularly and get paid an hour to do it for the 15 minutes he did it in.
