lltek sells the crappy generic headlights, but they also have the valeo e-codes. valeo is the only brand to go with (oem are valeo, as well as the good quality e-codes)...they're pretty expensive though and pretty much impossible to find used. i believe achtuning has the best deal on new ones...awetuning and ecstuning also carry valeos at decent prices....but ftr, i love the angel eye look, if you want to do a little work you can get the cheapo headlights and just reseal them yourself.
