Carbonio looks amazing and ampliphies the "wapsh" sound from the dv....322$ well spent in my opinion (that is if you have already done every other mod conceivable to the car)

I personally feel satisfied if I make my own QUALITY part that works just as good as an over priced one. The reason its so exspensive is because of the name.. just like clothes.. You dont have to buy it from someone for it to be quality

 

so why dont you go buy a KIA, the reason why Audi is so expensive is because of its name not because its a great car...I am a true believer in you get what you pay for

Quite honestly, not everyone here has a ton of money to spend on an INTAKE... the carbino is really expensive, and you can DIY for hundreds less. So why be disappointed in us? If you're this high and mighty VW tech, tell us why we can't DIY... give me a break dude. I save money where I can on my Audi, and I got my Audi for less than a KIA...

Audi is a name, period, there is no reason why it's a magical car. Hell, if VW/Audi didn't have their heads up their asses we would have chain driven timing or a non-interference engine design. Oh, don't bother looking that one up....

you must also be a firm believer in wasting money. I am a 20 year old college student who paid for my car with no ones help. So money isnt something that just overflows my pockets.... You also must not be a great mechanic if you cant put together a quality intake....

 

It is a really good thing that VW Technicians do not require a brain. This guy would be out of a job.

Look, putting an air intake into the same exact location of the stock air intake will not produce more power unless you bring in cold air. Audi performed R&D which produced the snorkle you see going to the front of your hood. That brings in cold air... You want cooler air? Put heat reflective tape all over your airbox and mod thestock air box to pull in cool air from below.

1st I just want to say that 99% of all 4 cyl out there are belt driven and a lot of those are interference. You cant make good power otherwise...2nd my goal wasnt to **** anyone off(I think thats to late)and I know Audi isnt some magical car but it also isnt some honda. Buy the way I bought everything I have and youll still bring your car to me to get worked on even if I have no brains
