Myself, I am older and well established, But I still DIY everything because I am cheap and would rather keep food on the table for my 4 kids. I would have no problem building an intercooler for 200 instead of paying a grand for one.
So, if you have the jack, go ahead and get a carbino, I think they look nice, not much functionality there.
I would much rather diy my t-belt (which I did) than pay you 1000 to do it.
Its all about what you can afford, and making the car better, and having fun while doing it.

I am a college student and can't afford to purchase these worthless intakes that only give you a louder sound. I mean if you want a louder sound, just pull the mafs out of the airbox and throw a filter on it, it will be the exact same, only about 300 dollars cheaper. I mean, I could have spent 400 dollars on a new exhaust manifold for the t3t4, but instead I built one that is just as good for 150 dollars.You are a very conceded person, in thinking that you are better than everyone else just because you drive an audi. Sp did you order the carbino?
I guess the meat of this thread is that not everything on ebay is junk. Look at the short shifters. Best $40 I've spent on my car.
Get some pics of the carbino when it's in.

So your saying that you bought your audi as a sign of class and wealth ? Kinda a big dick thing to post right there. What if i drive my car cause it was a good deal not because i want to poor all my money into it?
