Default ECU & Diverter valve upgrade

New to the audi scene, 2005 audi a4 ultrasport with zimmerman brake upgrade and 18" rs4 wheels. Looking to do some mods but a little hesistant on doing the apr ecu upgrade. Looking for some advice. Its a big step to take since it voids the warranty. Any body had any issues with doing the upgrade? Also looking for a new diverter valve, any suggestiions?

or if you're on a budget, a 710N will do the trick for a fraction of the cost. it won't last forever and you'll need to upgrade it again if you decide to go BT, but for a car that's just chipped the 710N is sufficient.
