ECU question

Hey guys, I found a few stock ECU's on ebay and I want to know whether they would fit my S4. I know I am posting on A4 just feel like more people would be able to answer this. What would I need to know from the seller, and also how would i know the ECU will fit. I am going to be getting a my ECU chipped but I rather have a stock one on hand if god forbid something happens.

open ur cover on the ecu box and get the numbers off the ecu, if they match ur good to go
