why all the talk about APR GIAC REVO?? He has a 3.0... Do all 3 companies have an ecu tune for the 3.0 now? I thought it was just GIAC for the 2.8? For the money/gain get a SC.

my original post...
(I will never get a supercharger so it's pretty much this or nothing... throwing that out there b/c I've searched and found a lot of "just save your money for the s/c")

on a NA engine those power gains are not true. maybe the guy thought you had a 1.8 or 2.0t???
I told him 3.0L and in a reply told him that I heard that the turbo A4s get greater gains and he still said 20hp to the crank?

Sorry i missed the original post. If I were you Id stick with exhaust, maybe intake and the rest cosmetic. I dont think the gains you get from a NA chip is worth the cost personally. SC or bust man.

I've done the aftermarket forced induction before and its easily not worth it to me. I'd rather sell and buy a car already equipped with boost. I figured the ecu upgrade would have greater gains than a full exhaust and for a few hundred less. I haven't researched exhaust too much but I thought I saw it for around 800 bucks.
