ok so heres how it goes... i start the car up and it starts and dies, i start the car... and lets just say the only time the engine doesnt stall is when i have my foot on the gas. i know this sounds like a clutch thing. but it does it even when im in nutral!.... so i have no idea if its a vacum line or whats going on...but please help me...

 

check the car for codes. Probably a bad sensor.

 

I had the some problem when I replaced the battery. I had to find a vag-com to do a throttle valve control adaptation (the three minutes techniques did not work).
