engine stalling

Default engine stalling
cramkshaft oil breather cracked will that cause my engine to stall

Default key fob
since my battery went flat, central locking will not work on the key fob

are you talking about the the hose coming off the pcv valve? it will not cause it too stall if its cracked

oil breather under inlet manifold going on to the throttle body

If it cranked on the IM side of the check valve then yes it can cause the engine to stall since it is allowing unmetered air into the IM.
