Default Everyday Handling / Performance

I recently purchased a 2003 A4 Quattro 3.0. I really love the car, but I would like to enhance the overall ride comfort and handling for spirited, everyday driving -- if that's really possible. I was thinking about getting a Koni FSD / Eibach suspension kit and adding H&R anti-roll bars to the front and rear. Will these additions really make a noticeable difference in my everyday driving, or are they simply a waste of money. I will never have the car on a track or anything like that. I only use it for personal transportation. I would appreciate any input/advice from anyone out there... thanks.

Those suspension mods should do the trick. Just lowering it and adding anti-roll bars will add that sportier feel. If you really want a big difference then coilovers would work nicely, but the trade off would be subtley harsher ride.

Sounds like you have a good plan. Not only will the car handle better, but it will look a lot better with a nicer stance.
