i think i know my problem, im thinkin since my car has 135k on the odometer the turbo is a bit wore out from never being rebuilt. i might just get a newer k03 or rebuild mine
My K03 has 165k miles and holds 15. If you are looking for 15 at redline you can forget about a K03. They run out of steam above 5000 rpm.

Your problem existed before installing the 007 and you are pointing to it as the cause? Or am I misunderstanding something?
Exhausts do indeed have a dramatic effect on turbo cars.
A spike followed by gradually dropping boost is normal on a stock turbo'ed 1.8t. that being said your boost still seems low. Try the test I posted in your other thread to determine if the valve is sealing, if it passes might I suggest you looking at your N75? Or your turbo may be on its way out.
