i had just posted 3 choices for exhaust but i don't know if i want to spend $900 for the milltek so out of the other two which one would be better

I've had both on my 2000 TQM. Borla is sane, nice, easy. Nuespeed is high performance, beautiful, ultra quality...and loud!
My 2 cents. I voted Borla, but Nuespeed is a better product with maybe a little more torque down low.

imo if u find a good guy custom is the way togo. it is made just for ur car so u know it will fit better then any pre-made one that might be off and inch and make installation a pita. plus its kinda cool to say i have a custom exhaust.
