Cant like my tuner/mechanic like make an exhaust for my car for cheap and then put a nice dual tip muffler on it? I mean yeah its not going to have the name but it will still be nice and a lot cheaper to get done.

I'm very pleased with my Borla. Sounds like most milltek owners love theirs also.

Cstom is probably the best route if you go k04 or bigger. I know if it were me, I'd make my own. When I have a chance I'll make one for my 2.8.

Will the Borla exhaust make it sound loud and obnoxious? I want it to sound deep and growl when I get on it, but no droning on the highway or so loud that EVERYONE knows what's going on.

Anyone know the inlet size for the 97 a4 2.8l piping? I have a greddy evo2 exhaust lying around which is 2.25 inlet. I really love the deep sounds on the greddy exhaust. I heard it might sound deeper on a v6 engine.
