well chip/dv is first
but if you do new turbo for bit hp numbers do that first, becuase you will need a spepcial exhaust, chip, dv, and a bunch of other stuff
what im trying to say is dont buy a chip for a ko3 then have to buy another chip for the next turbo. but if you are going to stick with the stock turbo do chip, dv, and exhaust. then suspension, then ...

stock the car has 2 catalytic converters, a huge resignator, and then a pretty large muffler. First you can try replacing the resonator with something smaller in size but has less restriction. you want the car to breath better. Then if you like that upgrade to a performance muffler and some larger piping all the way forward. Some people choose to order the 600 dollar kit with everything and just take it to your local exhaust shop and theyll put it on for cheap. Whichever way you go....good luck

Car has only one catalytic converter. The resonator is low restriction. If you want the entire exhaust, most people go for a BORLA. If you want to go custom, have them make mandrel bent pipe, a magnaflow muffler and leave the resonator in.
